About Us

Personal service makes the difference!

Getting people approved for Social Security Disability is all we do and we know exactly what is needed to get your case paid.

Our goal is to do everything within our power to get your case paid in the most efficient and effective manner. We will always be honest about the merits of your case and keep you advised on the status. We make every effort to return phone calls the same day and our clients are always treated with respect and dignity.

Jeff Hynes is a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and is a Charter Affiliate of their Accredited Disability Representative (ADR) program.  He is also an Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA).  Unlike some advocates or attorneys, we handle a smaller number of cases. We do not run a high volume “mill” operation. We take the time to get to know our clients personally and understand the hardships they are facing. Jeff chose to work in this field because of his strong desire to help the disabled.

Boo Kirsch manages the case loads and assists Mr. Hynes with each step in the adjudication process including the preparation of cases that will go before the Judge. She takes great personal satisfaction in helping the disabled because she, herself, has had to deal with orthopedic problems for many years and understands the daily hardships they cause.

We deal with all of the Social Security Administration’s regional Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review (hearing offices).

Our success and reputation speaks for itself and that is why many of our clients come from referrals.

*Please note that we don’t accept claims for children. We also don’t accept new clients who already have representation, unless the former representative withdraws and waives their right to charge and collect a fee.
